Zojirushi EP-PBC10HC First Impressions
I kid you not.
However, I have always had to shift food around for even heating. Needless to say, I so love this skillet. It dissipates the heat across the surface of the unit. The problem is, I had a very difficult time finding a new one. It is large enough that I can cook just about anything I want in it. Don't know how I got by without a good Electric Fry Pan- oooh. I have had this for about 6 weeks and have used it at least 30 times.

Zojirushi EP-PBC10HC Final Thoughts
So far, so fantastic.
When finished, use paper towel to completely remove oil residue. I could not believe the whole skillet heated evenly. I will certainly be using it a lot. As far as heat distribution, the perimeter seems hotter than the center. I want it to last a long time and I am confident that it will. Very non-stick surface making omelets or frying eggs a breeze. Will continue to cook on it until my new one arrives.
