Zojirushi BB-PDC20BA First Impressions
I was very pleased.
I also made a 1 lb loaf of pumpernickel and a dozen bagels, both perfect. Additional notes as of August 2020. I kind of don't like that there isn't an OFF button so I just unplug it. Every time I tried to make bread it would collapse on top. I think this would be a good machine to learn to use bread machines with. Small footprint, very light weight but makes perfect 2 lb loaf. It's great!
Best of all, your bread will be tasty and satisfying. I use mine mainly for the smaller loaf of standard bread. So, with a few minor tweaks to the recipe, I made some really soft delicious bread. There were a few places where the English was a little odd, but not a big deal. After a month steady use, feels sturdy and look to like it will last. Every time I tried to make bread it would collapse on top. It is compact, perfect for my tiny counter in the kitchen.
