If you want it to last longer, don't use metal spatula’s. This Bella copper skillet is definitely the best i have ever had. Here is what I LOVE about this one. If you want it to last longer, don't use metal spatula’s. They fry very evenly and the temp control is accurate. After 5 minutes turn it off and allow to cool before replacing the lid. The cost is also a winning factor and Amazon gave me the best deal.
