For an example I can cook 6 pancakes at the same time. I am glad I with my gut instinct and took a chance on the purchase. It seems as if this particular electric skillet is difficult to find in stores. I especially like how easy it is to clean. I noticed the lid didn't fit quite as well but maybe I just got a wobbly. Just unsnap the base and the whole skillet goes into the dishwater. I travel for work and get stuck in hotels a lot.
