This thing is amazing!
I had trouble figuring out how to go from Hi to Low pressure. Because this cooks so quickly, it is very easy on my solar system. It's sort of like the chalk outlines from a little bean murder scene. Eventually there will be good cookbooks by known publishing houses. I can't wait to cook more items using the different functions. If I have more information, I will do an update. Also, confusing on what you were buying- regular PPC or PPCXL.

It's that good.
I do wish they make a version of this that has internet connectivity. Just go for the 6Qt and make your life much easier. There is safety systems built in and everything can be programmed. BOTH LIDS ARE HEAVY1 The air fryer lid is very heavy. I'm used to cook once a week for 5 days, you call it meal prep. And speaking of recipes- here is how to make those poached eggs, and baked potatoes. Then, if you're adding the trivet, you're losing another inch of space.
