Easy to clean.
I am 100% pleased with this skillet. Stays solid with no rattling or shaking, one solid piece when put together. When finished, use paper towel to completely remove oil residue. Still heats evenly and cleans up nicely. I have been using this for a few weeks now and I love it so far. I took it back and got my money back. The finish looks as new today as it did when i pulled it out of the box.

All great.
I use an electric skillet almost daily, instead of cooking on my stove top. If you are looking for a bigger, deeper one I suggest Elite 6203. I want it to last a long time and I am confident that it will. I definitely recommend both Presto and this product. I could not believe the whole skillet heated evenly. In this case a non-stick surface with a little grit would be nice. Everything from grilled cheese to steaks.
