Overall, I'd say it does a great job. Also the fact that you can control the thickness is just amazing. Suction cups keep it in place while using. Not a problem seeing as my salad isn't seasoned with the blood of patriots. For those of you with that or similar ailments, this review is for you. If not, most occasional home users will find the Ostba plenty good enough. I wanted nice thin planes of meat to dehydrate.

It can adjust thickness by turning thickness controller on the side.
