Hamilton Beach 70575 First Impressions
This is 12 cup.
You can do things with it that are impossible to do without it! I made guacamole that was soooooo easy and fast. The motor seems to be powerful enough for what I use it for. Bread dough riding the blade in less then 15 seconds. This model has only a small channel area that's easy to clean. I must admit that both the Pulse and Selection 1st& 2nd speed are too fast. What I appreciate most about the product is how easy it is to clean.

Hamilton Beach 70575 Final Thoughts
It is a powerful machine.
This nice 12 cup processor fits my needs without a problem. Or you can quickly chop toppings for a salad. If you're making small batches of anything, it has trouble mixing it. I am super slow and peeling, cutting, and dicing fruits and veggies. If you get the older model contact Cuisinart for a free replacement. On that last note, I saw the comments about the S-blade possibly harboring mold. Figure a way to use glass for the bowl and b.
