It's made cheaply but that's what I expect for the price paid. Put them on the basket, about 12 minutes later, I had fries, crispy and delicious. And so so easy to remove and replace. I don't know what voodoo Ninja uses, but more importantly I DON'T CARE. Great indoor grill for one or two people. There's a grease collector on the back of the device that's easy to clean as well. Not as good as a charcoal grill or smoker, but this is better than a gas grill.

If done correctly the plates will snap in securely. Put them on the basket, about 12 minutes later, I had fries, crispy and delicious. All you have to do is wait for the ready light to come on. There's a grease collector on the back of the device that's easy to clean as well. It is smaller than the one I used to have, but I knew that when I ordered it. Just made a steak and it was to die for. Exactly what it is advertised to be.
