Toaster does not protect against legal action in murder trials. I cannot comment on the product reliability or CuisineArt's customer support quality. I purchased this toaster for its quality, functionality and appearance. It's pretty simple to clean and it looks nice on our countertop. Because I'm widowed and live alone, I often end up wasting bread. These crumbs could actually be the problem. Great for toasting one side of sandwich rolls.

You know, it's a toaster.
I read about two thousand reviews about toasters and ended up with this toaster. You don't have to wait for them to unthaw. The exterior stays cool to the touch. Will update if I have any problems! It has controls to set the amount of browness on your toast, too. It says not to toast pop tarts in this toaster. Would highly recommend this product.
