Very easy.

This one is just perfect and for the price point you can't beat it. That was a big frustration for me with the other grill. I saw some reviews that mentioned warped and the non stick coming off. The Cuisinart griddle is no exception. The grill plates are non-stick and are easily removed for easy cleaning. Was thiking it would be small but it is not and neither is it bulky. We cook the Panini's on high for four minutes.
