Cuisinart GR-5BP1 First Impressions
Less dishes!
I would recommend this griddle in a heartbeat! Made pancakes with no oil and had absolutely no sticking. 2- the heat is not completely even across the grill. I find myself having to dial down the temperature a but compare to my old griddle. This thing does not fit anywhere very well. We're going to do a better job getting grease spatter off the body to keep it clean. I love that the handles are detachable.

Cuisinart GR-5BP1 Final Thoughts
Unit heats up quite fast.
It's easy to clean, and saves me a ton of time in the kitchen. I bought this as an easy way to cook pancakes for the kids. We have had this griddle for almost a year, and we still really like it. Was thiking it would be small but it is not and neither is it bulky. Store it with nonstick side down or just don't store things on top of it. I was able to place my whole hand on it without getting burnt. It has wound up with a spot on the counter kind of leaned up on the wall.
