Brentwood SK-45 First Impressions
Recommended.
I took it back and got my money back. One of the best things I got for my kitchen. I definitely recommend both Presto and this product. The glass lid is very helpful to see what's going on inside. I used it tonight for the first time. I like the fact that it is Non Stick. Kind of everything just to test it out.

Brentwood SK-45 Final Thoughts
I love this skillet.
The process of placing and removing the bottom from the skillet caused the scratches. It heats quickly and cooks perfectly. If you want it to last longer, don't use metal spatula’s. Everything from grilled cheese to steaks. Plug it in and set temp at 450 degrees for 5 minutes without the lid on. I absolutely love my Presto 16-Inch Electric Skillet with Glass Cover. I'm not saying that it does scratch but that it is preventative for me.
